Botaniko Weston is a private enclave of 125 modern luxury residences situated on 121 graciously landscaped acres in Weston, Florida. The website’s main objective was to illustrate the community’s modern and luxurious architecture and generate strong leads.
Doodle + Code made the units the main focus of the website, while instilling a sense of luxury and exclusivity throughout. Calls to action were peppered in strategic locations on the website, with the information automatically integrated into Spark’s Real Estate CRM for a fully-integrated sales experience.
Ensuring a consistent user experience on both desktop and mobile was vital to Botaniko’s online presence.
Strategic use of a sticky navigation, calls-to-action, and organic elements throughout the site helped set the tone and meet the client’s objectives.
